We are thrilled to invite you and your family to our Class of 2024 graduation in person and on Gilley Field on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

- Guests: Each family may invite 10 guests. All guests must be registered prior to the event by name. Each group of guests (by family) will be seated together in assigned pods. There is no need to save seats.
- Livestream: The entire graduation ceremony will be livestreamed on this page for friends and family who are unable to attend.
- Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is limited and prioritized for guests requiring extra assistance. If you require shuttle service, please proceed to Cafe Commons which is the designated pick-up point. Please check in with staff once at the pick-up point. Shuttles will be available to transport guests requiring extra assistance to Gilley Field. Shuttle service is limited. Please allow for extra time.
- Parking: Parking will be available on campus, 2 cars per family. All cars must have a parking placard to park on campus. You will not be allowed to park on campus without a placard.
- Arrive Early: Families are encouraged to arrive by 9:00 a.m. to ensure ample time for parking, shuttle arrangements if needed, and/or walking up to Gilley Field.
- Walking Directions: Please follow the designated walking path to Gilley Field.
